I live near College and University Aves. When I moved here two years ago, there was ONE AMP across the street-and no others. Two years later there is still that one, and THREE MORE, within a 1 BLOCK radius of my residence. SOME crackdown! Considering that 100% of these AMP's are filled with human-trafficked women, you would think the FBI would have taken over by now. It has not!
