Characteristics Rawr's Talon is only obtainable after killing Rawr, a very powerful deathclaw inhabiting the Divide.
It has an increased range over other unarmed weapons because of its long claws.

This hits close to home as I’ve also had a back injury. While mine was only a herniated disc, it has changed my life for the worse. I can only imagine how painful this is for her.
