9:28 there’s something about seeing this that takes me back to when I was a young kid, it’s what made me love cars. Seeing and hearing them fly past me in this manner in the early 90’s.

Grew up in Grasselli Heights, went to Huffman High School in the 80’s. East Lake, Centerpoint etc was wonderful back then. West End used to be a beautiful neighborhood, same for Ensley and Fairfield. Smithfield had good and bad. It’s heartbreaking to see the great erosion of properties and communities. Places where African American families just one or two generations ago, worked hard to purchase homes and keep communities going.
