Great video! Even though you do not recommend the practice you did not come across as judgmental at all, which is a great attitude for a physician to have! I found this subreddit a while ago and honestly could not understand it. As someone dealing with chronic bladder issues, I would not wish the pain associated with them on anyone. So seeing people intentionally risk infections/permanent damage just baffled me.
