I think it's more about maturity and wisdom. I guess it is possible to be on the same level with an age gap but it makes me uncomfortable when that gap is quite large. Personal now 40 I'd only really look for people 30-50 ISH although I'd be prepared to be surprised if there was a real bond that I felt was equal. Surrounded by chemical refineries, the high school drop out rate is over 50% and the only reason it's not higher is because the junior high drop out rate is over 15%. high crime, strippers are considered good jobs because the pay is higher than average. With the exception of Port Author, Galena Park makes every other city on your list look like Disney World.

Native to Portland Oregon and the amount of federal, state funding not to mention taxpayers part in keeping streets safe,supporting homeless and low income families/ individuals it's outrageous that it's falling apart in every way possible. We need a living wage that is congruent with current consumer reports . Crime goes up due to survival needs, access to resources, access to preventive mental and physical care, actual affordable housing. Medicaid Care Oregon is lacking ethical responsible doctors with a moral compass. When there is incentives to prescribe, pay reduction to doctors who serve medicaid patients they care less. Natural doctors are paid less than medical Dr even though their education is more beneficial to the patient. People want heath care providers who want to see their patients get well and stay well. Not suppress the symptoms. This also goes towards mental health. Someone who makes minimum wage and is a single parent should be able to afford rent, utilities, access to healthy organic foods, essential needs such as clothing for their family without needing state welfare. Police are not supporting neighborhoods , they did not get defended if you look at budget. Regardless that should not justify the lack of support to break ins and car theft.
