The reason most employees don’t do anything and let them walk out of the store is because the company won’t allow you to. We’re encouraged to give them customer service and hope for the best. At bath and body works, we weren’t even allowed to call mall security into our store to stop them. And if you tried to stop them yourself and things escalate, your butt is on the chopping block. The company won’t protect you or reward you for trying to stop a theft, instead you’ll be fired. The thieves knew that we couldn’t do anything and they would just come back and many times, they would bring friends with them. At times, they would call customer service and say they were being discriminated against and the company would reward them with gift cards. (I hope you guys never experience the annoyance and the DISRESPECT of catching someone stealing RED-HANDED in a store, and have them accuse you of racially profiling them, WHEN YOU SHARE THE SAME SKIN COLOR AS THEM!!! AND to watch them be rewarded with gift cards) So either way, your hands were tied as an employee. It became easier to just let them take the stuff and leave. If the company is not stressing over the thieves and their merchandise, why should I?

Any hormonal ups and downs cause acne and I have over come from it a lot by eating healthy diet, processed foods, hygiene while bath, not popping the acne because it can cause hole like scars ,healthy sleep, moderate exercises, little help of products, celibacy for 30 days and stress free TV shows 😁. But I have scar of chicken pox acne and I have improved it by derma pen and only makes remain which will go away with in a year because of turnover power of skin of age 20. Still may grow in my face a very little amount sometimes when I eat outside in festivals.😅 Factors of acne are hormonal changes specially during pregnancy of female and puberty, unhealthy unbalance diet, allergy and genetics, frequently mastarbation, unhygienic conditions and too much touching your face. But now I am still in good shape and I am happy and better. My own parents never give me the warning,remedy and teachings of acne, if they had given it from beginning then I would have got my most clear face sooner in my life. God has given us a lesson to remain hygienic 😅🤣
