The one reaction that each person interviewed volunteered was swinging was a choice, it offered the opportunity to say no but it also strikes as requiring honesty that many relationships never experience. Many couples could never admit having an interest for someone else but swinging offers the opportunity to discuss it with their partner and potentially follow through with it, and no do it again if it's not enjoyable. Loving one's partner shouldn't be an idea of owning each other, and love is not something that should be defined by physical reactions. When I watched How to Lose A Guy in 10 Days, I decided to watch it with the director's commentary.  Early on, he commented that some of the best extras he has hired throughout the years were the New York acting extras.  If this movie was mostly filmed in New York, my guess these extras were hand picked.  Incredible reactions, many of them adlibbed.  Really funny scene made even funnier by the extras.
