Jesus, this is an eye opener. You are right about the study habits. I was one of those dysfunctional gifted kids. I super excelled in all the classes I liked and blew off the others. When I got to college I had no idea how to study. Because I already knew how to do impressive. But it was all I knew how to do. It took getting 2.3 in all three quarters of Spanish and being the only student with a Spanish surname to make me learn to how to study.
