Folks, the problem with this video is that it’s click bait. It is of little service to anyone that requires a stent. I just had a 1cm stone removed last week and the stent removed today. My experience? The operation went very smooth. The only pain was post opp urination which stung a bit. I also found the that the stent left me with the feeling of sensation that I needed to urinate. They gave me some drugs which helped reduce this sensation. The hardest part was the mental anxiety anticipating the removal of the stent a week after the surgery. In my case, it took 10 seconds from when they inserted the remover and the complete removal of the 30cm stent. I wish anyone going through this luck and to be careful of how many videos you watch.
