I feel like there are better retired educators who left the profession he should have gotten for this episode. There's rebecca rogers who has a million subscribers who left due to how poorly teachers were being treated and making more money now than her high school teacher salary. She makes content on the education system and tell stories of how bad it is. That would have been a better person for this debate. Basically we are showing the only way teachers will have better pay is be sexualizing ourselves and that seems like the wrong message. The message should be teachers should be making reflecting their degree in a way that makes it more sustainable so instead of leaving for a better job with higher pay they can live with the one job instead of having to work two jobs.
