My head cannon is that literally every single pony in Equestria is bisexual, but it’s actually for a lore reason. You see, abstract concepts like chaos and friendship exist as actual tangible magical power and forces in Equestria. These concepts, which are nothing more than simple ideas in our world, exist as a real form of magical power in Equestria that can be harnessed and used. Love is another one of these powers (as demonstrated by Princes Cadence and the changelings). With this in mind, love exists as a real and usable form of magical power in Equestria. We have already seen in the past that ponies began harnessing the magic of friendship in order to keep each other safe , most notably in the story of the first Hearthswarmig eve. I believe that the first Hearthswarming also saw the rise of love magic being used by ponies (I mean, the symbol of the holiday is a giant flaming heart for Celestia’s sake). With both the magic of friendship and the magic of love being harnessed and embraced by all pony kind for thousands of years, I just don’t think that it would make any sense for gender to be considered a barrier for love between two ponies. Equestria has consistently proven to be a land where ponies are free to live as happily as they wish and find their own kind of joy in the world, and (as far as we know) there have never been things in Equestria like religion or persecution that would actively dissuade ponies from being gay. Why wouldn’t everypony be bisexual and simply love who they choose to love? Since love is a tangible and frequently used form of magical power in Equestria, I just don’t think it makes any sense for ponies to limit their ability to love by gender. At least, that’s how I see it.

It’s so awkward when you’re trying to act competent in front of the patient, but they’re just watching you the whole time knowing you’re winging it. 😭

In the beginning you mention genitals as a bad object and feet as a good object, but I find most people overwhelmingly see feet as a bad, gross, smelly thing. Children are taught from an early age that feet are yucky and funny, so as a kid who was fascinated by feet I was always made to feel embarrassed by it. It's only very recently with more exposure and easier access through the internet that people have been more relaxed about foot play in general.
