As a longtime contractor I totally agree with you about the weather and maintenance. The weather will destroy everything outside. The amount of salt in the air even on beautiful weather days will coat things with a salty film that doesn’t just rinse off easily. Corrosion is rampant. I’ve replaced exterior door handles, hinges, lights, and even brand new stuff is corroding after a few months. Plan on washing your vehicle quite often to get the salt off before it does damage. If anyone doubts the salt problem, just pop the hood on a car that is located there and you’ll find corrosion on most metal parts.

In Business Administration in school taught us to do research about the company you work for. Who is the Owner, CEO, General Manager and HR etc. This man didn't do his homework for him not to know who he worked for it showed that day. I moved to DC a few months ago because I was single and DC was supposedly one of the best places for dating in the country. My experience has been awful here, like totally awful. I’m rarely getting any matches on dating apps, and when I do they rarely respond. If I actually get someone who’s willing go to go on a date, all I hear about is how busy they are and how they have so much to do for work and can’t go out until 2 or 3 weeks out. Then they “forget” about the date and need to reschedule. Or they just play endless games and say they want to go out even though they have no intention. Assuming I actually get a 1st date these girls don’t even like to drink and are extremely boring and only want to talk about their generic government jobs.
