I have heard many times that age play and age regression are two completely different things, and actual age regressed people cannot consent. What do you think? Personally, I see no problem if the consent has been given in advance, but can also see the concern of being more vulnerable to being talked into stuff. Most age regressors do seem to be entirely non-sexual when regressed, but I'm sexual at times and I think it's valid, whether it's a kink or a coping mechanism.
