It doesn’t affect attacks made by totems. Slam, Attack, Melee, AoE, Support. Fist of War Support Fist of War Support Slam, Attack, Melee, AoE, Support Icon: X Level: (1-20) Cost & Reservation Multiplier: 140% Requires Level 38 Supports slam skills, providing a powerful boost when they're used, with a delay before they can be boosted again.

This works the same way as the limit on Rage Support. Fist of War Support is a Support skill gem for slam skills. When using the supported skill, it empowers your Attack with more damage and area of effect.

It is so satisfying when the gem triggers. Pulverize is only 35% more DPS though (59% more damage, 15% less speed), Fist of War like I said is generally going to be 50-75% more DPS depending on attack speed, but still better than Pulverize if you attack 4 times between procs as 149/4 is 37% more DPS. From what I am aware, exerted attacks are effectively 'snapshotted' for the entire attack. The extra targets must be a minimum distance from the user. I could be wrong, but I assume it means that Fist of War would work for the first hit of a skill supported by multistrike but not the 2nd or 3rd since those are the "repeated" hits.
