Not speaking of the thousands of horses starved each winter for lack of funds from owners for simple hay. Horse lovers won't let their horses go through this. Horse lovers understand, that it is cruel to keep them stallions, if breeding is not intended. These stallions are usually kept away from the herd, can't come out to socialize with other horses, which is so important to their overall health and happiness, and they have severe stress from seeing mares in heat but can't breed. They can smell mares in heat for hundreds of miles. It speaks of great ignorance and a total lack of proper horse ownership to make them suffer simply because you think (and I'm only quoting someone who commented that below!) Poor N** was captured, had his balls cut off..... Ridiculous to even write that!
