When I was a heroin addict... I hated my stuff being laced with fentanyl because it was just a fast high and it went away quick. Yeah it got you really high, but if you have a habit, it's really hard to overdose, But then there's kids that haven't used and they think it's a Roxy 30, never to wake up again. It's pretty scary. I'm so glad I left that life behind. I've been sober for three years, I have a good relationship with my higher power now. All opiates did for me was put me in prison for 3 years, in jail for 5. It's a horrible life, and very addicting... I always wanted to feel good. I never knew that eating healthy and working out makes me feel way better than any of those drugs ever did.

Being a native Floridian who moved away after high school when I joined the Air Force…I see the appeal and how the average retiree would love that environment. Perhaps more retirement “villages” need to pop up in other parts of the country. I know, they move there to get out of the snow, enjoy the sun, etc. However, I’m looking for the opposite. I like hiking, biking, etc in wooded areas. I’m seeking quiet places, perhaps not as social…LOL!
