it's arguably similar to the term 'sapphic', covering wlw who are also attracted to other genders. People aren't wrong for discussing that.

I've seen m-spec lesbian used a couple of different wayseither denoting someone who was a masculine (butch, bigender, gender fluid, etc) lesbian or as a term ….
