Die Folge: Strafverfahren in diesem Deliktsbereich dauern immer länger! Selbst der Deutsche Anwaltverein und andere Mitglieder in den entsprechenden Ausschüssen im Bundestag, haben diesen Gesetzentwurf stark kritisiert.
